Bernard Harguindeguy Appointed to Norskale Board of Directors

Surrey, UK – May 6, 2015– Norskale, the leading provider of Worskspace Performance, today announced the appointment of Bernard Harguindeguy to its board of directors. A recognized technology industry executive, Mr Harguindeguy currently serves on a number of boards including as Chairman of Booshaka. Mr. Harguindeguy was most recently the Chairman and CEO of Atlantis Computing which he built from the ground up.

Previously, Mr. Harguindeguy was the CEO of GreenBorder which he sold to Google in 2007 (technology morphed into Chrome), Board member at Sygate Technologies (acquired by Symantec), Chairman of the Board at BorderWare (acquired by WatchGuard), CEO of WorldTalk (NASDAQ – acquired by Tumbleweed Communications), and EVP/GM at Critical Path and Novell. Mr. Harguindeguy is also a member of the University of California Irvine School of Engineering Leadership Council.
